After working with enterprise BI and ERP systems at Blue Solutions, I saw the same pattern everywhere: powerful tools that only a handful of specialists could use, while the people who actually needed answers — sales leads, operations managers, finance teams — sat in a queue, waiting.

The tools meant to democratize data had become gatekeepers themselves. Power BI requires DAX expertise. Tableau demands dedicated analysts. Cognos needs a consulting engagement. I watched companies pay six figures for platforms that 90% of their employees couldn't touch.

I'd already built an AI startup before — Love Fuel, backed by Innovation Fund Denmark — so I knew the technology was ready. What was missing was someone who'd sat on both sides: in the analyst seat writing the queries, and in the business seat waiting for the results. That's where Laohu comes in.
