End User License Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Laohu ApS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Laohu platform ("Software") for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

This license permits you to: access the Software through supported web browsers; connect the Software to data sources you are authorized to access; create, view, edit, and share reports and dashboards within your organization; use the AI agent to query and analyze your connected data.

You shall not: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or distribute the Software; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software; reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code; use the Software to build a competing product or service; circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures; remove or alter any proprietary notices.

The Software includes artificial intelligence capabilities including natural language query processing, automated visualization generation, and a persistent memory system. These features are provided "as-is" and may produce results that require human verification. The AI memory system accumulates company-specific context over time; this data is treated as your confidential information.

The Software operates by executing queries against your connected data warehouses. Your underlying data is not copied to or stored on Laohu infrastructure except as transiently necessary to deliver query results. Schema metadata and AI memory data are stored in isolated, encrypted, per-tenant environments within the EU.

Laohu may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use. Updates are deployed automatically and are included in your subscription.

This license is effective for the duration of your subscription. Upon expiration or termination: your access to the Software ceases; your AI memory data and account information are deleted within 90 days; you may request an export of your reports and configurations before termination.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Laohu does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate. You assume all responsibility for decisions made based on Software outputs.

Laohu's aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Laohu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
